All Tremella pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise.
Current production time is 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Production times may vary during collection launches or busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you are between sizes or require adjustments, feel free to get in touch before ordering.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips while wearing lightweight clothing or underwear.

Natural latex is a durable material when cared for correctly.
Avoid contact with sharp objects, jewellery, and rough surfaces.
Wash garments by hand in lukewarm water using a mild soap.
Allow to air dry completely before storing.
Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
To maintain the signature shine, use a silicone-based latex polish.
Avoid prolonged contact with oils, solvents, and copper or brass jewellery, as these may stain or damage the material.

Latex garments are constructed from premium natural latex using bonded seams.
Wearable objects and jewellery are produced through 3D printing and hand-finishing processes. Material selection varies depending on the object and may include PLA, resin, or other fabrication materials.
Each piece is produced in small quantities or made to order, allowing for careful construction and attention to detail.

Tremella produces primarily on a made-to-order basis to reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.
Small-batch production allows each piece to be made only when needed, with a focus on longevity, careful material use, and responsible fabrication.
Rather than following seasonal production cycles, the studio develops collections gradually, encouraging a slower and more considered approach to making.
